The APCM will be held on the evening of Monday 8th April at the Church.
The evening will commence with the Annual Meeting of the Parishioners (vestry meeting) at 7pm. The main agenda item of this meeting will be to appoint the Church Wardens. This meeting can be attended by anyone who is registered on either the Tutbury Parish Council Electoral roll or our Church Electoral Roll.
The Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) will then follow (approx 7:30). The main agenda item for this meeting will be presentation and review of the annual trustees report, and elections to the PCC. Voting at this meeting is restricted to those currently on our Church Electoral Roll.
